Please read all information below pertaining to your purchase.


**All services rendered must be paid prior to consult.  This includes:

-Notary Public

-Ordained Ministry


**All in person or one-on-one sessions are to be paid prior to consult.

**All SeneGence products purchased come with a full 30 day money back guarantee.  If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will provide an option to return for a product swap OR a full refund.  

**All other products purchased are final sale. 



-Please allow 4-7 business days, from date of order, for all orders to process and ship. If a delay is possible, we will contact you with details.

**Apparel care instructions

-Wash in cold water, inside out.

-Do not bleach.

-Tumble dry on low heat.

**Drinkware care instructions

-Hand wash only.

-Do not place in the dishwasher.

**Decal installation instructions

-Clean surface with rubbing alcohol.

-Pull white paper backing off of decal. (Small sections at a time work best.)

-Place decal in desired spot on surface.

-Smooth decal down with a scraper or flat card to avoid bubbles and adhere decal to surface securely.

-Slowly peel away the clear transfer tap from the top of decal sticker. If parts of the vinyl decal begin to lift off the surface, Use scraper or flat card piece to re-smooth before removing the transfer tape.

**If, for any reason, your merchandise is not to your satisfaction upon arrival, please contact us for a repair or replacement. As long as proper care instructions are followed, your items should last for years to come. However, if proper care is followed and damages arise, please contact us for either a reset on your current item or a replacement.

**MaeLynn Design, and MaeLynn and Co. LLC, are not responsible for damages incurred to items that have not followed the proper care instructions above. All warranties are void due to improper care by the recipient and will not be repaired or replaced.

**Due to the customized nature of the products, returns will not be accepted.

**Please refer to your signed Photography Contract Agreement for full details and specifics regarding payments, cancellations and change of dates/rescheduling.

**Retainer fees must be paid to reserve your session date.  This is a NON-REFUNDABLE retainer fee.

**Payment fees must be paid in full 2 days prior to your session date.

**Returned checks are subject to a $50.00 fee charge.
